Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to Action2Unlock. By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our related policies.

You must be legally able to agree to these Terms. If you use Action2Unlock for a company or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. If you are below the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or guardian must approve your use.

Action2Unlock lets creators publish pages that ask visitors to complete or acknowledge an action before a link, file, or other destination is revealed. Features may include creator profiles, analytics, advertising, lead collection, customization, and paid plan capabilities.

Unless we explicitly state otherwise, social and external actions are acknowledged by the visitor and are not technically verified by Action2Unlock. Creators must describe requirements accurately and must not claim verification that the service does not perform.

Provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and promptly update information that changes. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable security. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We may require identity, email, or multifactor verification to protect an account.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Action2Unlock a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt for technical delivery, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, secure, promote, and improve the service.

You confirm that you have all rights and permissions needed for your content, destinations, files, branding, and requested actions. You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, safety, and accessibility of what you publish.

Creator pages and unlock links may be public by default unless an available privacy control is selected. Anyone with a public URL may be able to access and share it. Do not publish secrets or material that should remain confidential.

If you request visitor information, you must clearly explain what is requested and why, collect only what is reasonably necessary, provide any legally required notice or consent, secure the information, and honor applicable privacy rights. You may not collect passwords, payment credentials, government identifiers, authentication codes, or other highly sensitive information through an unlock requirement.

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited activity includes phishing, malware, credential collection, deceptive downloads, unlawful surveillance, spam, rights infringement, exploitation, threats, doxxing, evasion of platform controls, and distribution of illegal or dangerous material. We may investigate reports and remove or restrict content while an investigation is pending.

Unlock requirements and destination links may involve services that Action2Unlock does not control. You must follow each third party's rules and may not imply sponsorship, partnership, or technical verification without permission. We are not responsible for third-party availability, content, security, policy changes, account actions, or transactions.

Action2Unlock may display clearly labeled advertising on eligible pages. An advertisement is not an endorsement. Creators and advertisers must not use deceptive controls, forced redirects, pop-unders, malicious code, fingerprinting, or content that violates our policies. We may reject, pause, or remove advertising at any time for safety, legal, quality, or business reasons.

Free access is available at the displayed price of $0. Pro access may be sold in fixed time packages and does not renew automatically unless the checkout page expressly says otherwise. Paid features remain available until the displayed expiration time.

Prices, included features, and limits are shown before purchase and may change for future purchases. You authorize our payment provider to process the selected charge. You are responsible for applicable taxes unless we are required to collect them. Except where required by law or stated at checkout, completed purchases are nonrefundable. Payment disputes or chargebacks made in bad faith may result in account restriction.

The service, software, visual design, documentation, trademarks, and other materials provided by Action2Unlock are owned by Action2Unlock or its licensors. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service as intended. They do not permit you to copy, resell, reverse engineer, bypass security, scrape at abusive scale, or use our branding without permission, except where applicable law does not allow a restriction.

If you submit ideas or feedback, you allow us to use them without restriction or payment. This does not transfer ownership of your unrelated creator content.

You may stop using the service at any time and may schedule account deletion through Account Settings. We may restrict content, suspend features, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address policy violations, security threats, legal obligations, payment issues, harm to users, or risk to the service.

When practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct a problem. Severe or repeated violations may result in immediate action. Account termination or deletion may permanently remove public URLs, files, analytics, leads, and other content. Sections intended by their nature to survive will remain effective after termination.

We may add, change, limit, or discontinue features. We work to keep the service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, provider outages, security events, legal requirements, and events outside our reasonable control may affect availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available and without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, or uninterrupted operation. We do not guarantee audience growth, engagement, revenue, action completion, destination safety, data recovery, or results from using the service. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Action2Unlock and its personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid Action2Unlock during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Limits that are prohibited by applicable law do not apply.

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify Action2Unlock and its personnel against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your content, destinations, visitor data practices, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of another person's rights. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by Action2Unlock.

Before filing a formal claim, contact us and give us 30 days to try to resolve the dispute informally. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Action2Unlock operator, excluding conflict-of-law rules, while preserving mandatory consumer protections. Claims must be brought before a court with lawful jurisdiction. Either party may seek urgent relief when needed to protect security, confidential information, or intellectual property.

We may update these Terms to reflect service, legal, or security changes. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after revised Terms take effect means you accept them. If you do not accept a revision, stop using the service and delete your account.
